Meet Kurt Bakewell
Kurt was a dedicated sales manager with a strong drive for success. When he felt that his passion for the industry could be better served elsewhere, he made the bold decision to join his father’s company and become an independent representative. Despite the challenges of starting out, including a brief partnership that didn't align with his vision, Kurt remained focused on his goal.
His determination saw him working tirelessly, often sleeping only a few hours a night, while he built a makeshift garage to protect his equipment. One memorable night in Alexander, working by the dim light of his truck, Kurt injured his knee but continued to build and grow the business.
By June 2016, Kurt’s hard work and personal integrity began to pay off. Through cold calling and building strong relationships based on trust, Lancewell started to thrive. His dedication and hands-on approach, coupled with the support of his growing network, were instrumental in the company's success.
